The journal accepts all research, applied and academic studies in the field of intellectual property rights in all its legal, technical, economic, social, cultural and artistic aspects.

Research is accepted in both languages (Arabic and English).

The journal publishes summaries of the new scientific theses, and is treated as working papers.

The researcher must abide not to send his/her research to another party until he/ she receives the journal's response.

The researcher must adhere to following the scientific principles in his/her research.

The researcher must send his/ her research to the journal in three printed copies, and a summary in Arabic, English, within the range of 8 - 12 lines, and the graphics and illustrations must be printed and clear, in addition to a soft copy, and Times New Roman 14 font For Arabic, and 12 for English on B5 (half octets).

The research shall be sent to specialized panelists and controlled with complete confidentiality.

In the event that the research is accepted for publication, the researcher is obligated to amend it to suit the referees ’proposals and the method of publication in the journal.
